So how do we become members?

The first step in becoming a Member Couple is fill out the
Request Invitation form. Please include your names and brief descriptions.

To make sure everyone understands the nature of the club, a brief phone interview with you and your partner will be required before attending your first party at Club Destiny.

For more information, please feel free to call Club Destiny  (850) between 10am and 9pm Monday through Thursday and 10am to 7pm Friday. If you get the answering machine, please leave a message with the best time for us to call and we will call you back using the utmost discretion.

After you both have completed the phone interview a reservation will be made for you on the night that you wish to attend. 

Upon acceptance for membership, you will be asked to show your ID's and fill out a membership application. These records are kept confidential and will never be released to anyone.

Club Destiny  is designed for committed male/female couples and single females. THERE WILL BE NO SINGLE MALES ADMITTED. When you join Club Destiny with your partner, we ask that you bring that partner. If for any reason your partner changes, you need to call ahead and let us know before coming out to the club. If you wish to bring friends, that are not current members, they must call ahead for a phone interview before they attend.
